Issue description

TFC's fluid can not be blacklist, e.g.

tfc:river_water tfc:spring_water tfc:flowing_spring_water

but work with Create's fluid, e.g. create:honey create:flowing_honey

Issue reproduction

blacklist tfc:river_water
