This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

FIRST OFF, I DIDN'T TRY WITH NO MODS INSTALLED, BECAUSE MY SHIP IS MOSTLY BUILT WITH MODDED BLOCKS
if there's nothing you can do i'll just shut myself up. It could be maybe because of Domum Ornamentum custom blocks?
so i have a bunch of mods, which i will send a list of if asked to, but basically my ship just sinks a big chunk of the terrain around and disappears itself, first it sunk itself underground a bit, but after clearing it out so no other block touches it, i had problems with the Eureka Ship helm because it said that the ship is "too large" even though it worked fine before, and i didn't alter the ship at all, just the blocks surrounding it.. so i raised the block limit and it did it again.
