descending with heavy blocks is slower than without

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

Issue description

When you put a heavy weight on a ship that is descending it'd be expected that it'll descend faster, but the ship descends slower. without raw gold block With raw gold block

I'm testing this on this ship, latest version on git.

Issue reproduction

1. make a ship, it must be able to support the heavy weight
2. descend without heavy weight
3. descend with heavy weight
4. difference in speed isn't right
