This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

Issue description
When the anchor is powered the ship stops moving, but if you tried to move then unpowered the anchor the ship would jolt forward and slightly up.
This is with the latest github version where the anchor can be safely unpowered.
Issue reproduction
1 make an airship that can support its weight with an anchor
2 power the anchor
3 try moving in a direct for a while
4 unpower the anchor
5 airship will jolt forwards and slightly upwards
