ship moves faster when play is at helm/align selected #350

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

[X] I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

when you stand at the helm or enable align the ship will go at 3 m/s rather than 2.95m/s with no player or align.

Issue reproduction

make a ship
put it in cruise control (to get base speed)
test speed at and away from helm
should be higher while at the helm
