This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

[X] I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

Refined Storage Network Receiver bugs out on ships and do not make a connection with the main computer

Issue reproduction

Make a refined computer system
Make a transmitter and receiver
Put the receiver on the ship
Use network card to connect the receiver and transmitter
