This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies, addons, and the mod I have specified are installed and no other mods

Issue description

GregTech Covers do not work on machines placed on ships.

Issue reproduction

Launch Minecraft with VS, GTCEU, Eureka, etc. installed
Build and assemble a ship
Place any GTCEU machine on the ship
Attempt to place a cover (e.g. machine controller) on any side of the machine OR attempt to place a cover in the internal cover settings in the machine
Nothing happens
