5 months ago I have the same problem.
Which is a shame since spiders climbing walls make them super engaging and scary to fight as they can get everywhere, but if I have to choose between that and SK, I have to go SK.
Really hope it's something that can be easily fixed :(

Issue description
When VS is loaded along with Nyf's Spiders, their behavior breaks as they can no longer climb walls, and don't look how they're supposed to either with the mod.

The Spider on the wall can still hurt, but cannot move. The one on the floor can move though, as its movement isn't altered by mods.
Issue reproduction
Install Nyf's Spiders and Valkyrien Skies on the same 1.20.1 Instance Spawn a spider on a wall or ceiling It will never move.
