Issue description

I attach the control block thing to the top of the tree and it grabs terain from thousands of blocks away.

Issue reproduction

I have no clue other than to install the modpack and try to create a ship

When you checked the box labeled "This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies, addons, and the mod I have specified are installed and no other mods" you acknowledged that only the mod specified was present with vs in the logs and images you attached. Modpacks do not count, you need to find the mod that is causing the issue.
