Interaction with Ships broken with Axiom Installed #996

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies, addons, and the mod I have specified are installed and no other mods

Issue description

Having Axiom installed while using VS and Clockwork on a server (multiplayer specific) and attempting to interact in any way with a ship results in the console warning

Rejecting UseItemOnPacket from Player: Location (1028.0, 75.2427285015583, 1071.0) too far away from hit block class_2338{x=-28592124, y=75, z=12290047}.

I am aware of the config setting that can effect this behavior, it doesn't appear to have any effect. although it does resolve the issue in singleplayer

attempt to build/break or interact with any ship while on a server with VS and Axiom

Axiom is closed source. Any fixes would have to be done on their end
