Rudders Not Turning Ship #493

This Has Been A UnFixable Issue For Lots of People, The Helm Turns The Rudders But The Rudders Will Not Turn The Ship.

Side Note: The Ship Is Moving Forward.

I have to make a comment here, I just downloaded the mod and found this to be a problem as well. I have a small ship too. Went looking for the answer to find this...

I should also note, yes I have the ship up to speed and I am using very large rutters on a tiny ship and still nothing.
