A simple custom-command feature, where anyone will be able to create a "memo," and other people will be able to display it.

(Possibly level2 would be to allow for multiple memo's based on a keyword. Kiss though?)

!memo- display a memo, if used with a parameter, display a memo of the username or nickname.!addMemo- create or modify a new memo for yourself.!removeMemo- delete stored memo.(Possibly level2 would be to allow for multiple memo's based on a keyword. Kiss though?)
