According to the message by botwinder MKIII on joining the Linux Gaming Discord server about rules, info and verification:

A newly verified user is supposed to get 3 cookies on verification and can check the number of them using !cookies which shows that I have zero cookies.
According to active members present the penguin role is a verified role (my current role in Linux Gaming).

(One can get cookies for verifying only once.)
