Move site and hugo data into one repo #1

For this to work, you would have to merge and then go to settings and change the directory from which the site is published to the "docs" folder on the master branch.

I also fixed a few links (to logo and javascript files) and removed a couple of unused commented sections from people.html, testimonials.html and papers.html (relating to unused subtitle and icon fields). I believe I disabled testimonials in config.toml also.

I am sorry @Alanocallaghan, I had to revert the merge as I couldn't figure out how to make this work. Let's talk next week because I am sure I am missing out something here!

You too! 11pm on a Friday is not the right time to merge code anyway :)
