Interzone ext. in no longer working #59

It seems that since the polyphonic upgrade (thanks for that upgrade!!) the external input stopped working. Looking at the code, it seems you lost the line reading vExtInput from the inputs somewhere...

Fixed and has been updated to 1.1.7 in the VCV Rack library. Thanks for spotting it @martin-lueders !
