However, if operator 1 is set to 100% (default), and operator 2 is set to 0% (also default), manipulating operator 3 level produces a change in the sound, while manipulating operator 4 doesn't. Moreover, operator 4 seems not to change anything regardless of the levels of other operators. It's almost as if the layout looked like this:

Is there something I'm missing?
