Add Favourite Locations #13

Add a favourite location list for those who use it regularly for the same location.

We could possibly add this to the browsers localstorage but not sure how that would work with roaming profiles and "hot-desking". Storing this in the DB, would be much more involved.

If the users IE favourite bar moves computers with them - any cookies etc should go too, or are they different?
