Possibilities: Non-owner - "Save" / "Save to Group Chart" / "Submit" / "Submit to Group Chart" (Should the wording be different oafter first submission?) Chart owner - "Save" (nothing else makes sense)

We went with "Save to Group Chart" for non-owners.
