I have renamed reponse to response and added support for the A2S info challenge system. Resolves #298

LGTM. Do you have server that has the challenged enabled, so i can test?

I haven't tested with specific servers, I just let it run through a list of all CS:GO and DayZ servers. The challenge requirement itself seems to be inconsistent, some servers of the same build have it, some don't.

A random one with it enabled: 183.89.24.228:27016

I have put up a server with the new challenge enabled: 85.235.64.110:27016
