Can't Stream on Shadowplay #144

Shadowplay doesn't work on dota2 vulkan. I can stream dota fine with other api, I'm not sure if the problem is on shadowplay or dota 2 on vulkan. I also submitted a feedback on Nvidia, just giving a heads up here. Im using the beta geforce experience.

CPU i5 3570k @ 3.4 ghz oc 4.6ghz GPU Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1080 Driver version 368.69 OS Windows 10 64 bit Memory 12gb

The same thing as #140 applies here, streaming software needs to support vulkan before there's anything for game devs to look into in terms of compatibility or quirks.

We are happy to provide help to recording programs with example code on how to inject Vulkan with an implicit layer and capture the swapchain buffer, but other than that they will need to add the support to their code.
