Dota 2 Stutters heavily on vulkan+steam overlay does not work #198

Hello. Tried vulkan. the game stutters heavily and steram overlay does not work. Tried opting in steam beta+ lates nvidia drivers. Any ideas why? I am on Nvidia gtx 960m 4gb i7 4720 HQ https://gist.github.com/GosuGamerL/94f6b792eb50a7f977301222fd88a850

Hello @GosuGamerL, please copy your system information from steam (Steam -> Help -> System Information) and put it in a gist, then include a link to the gist in this issue report.

The stuttering is a known issue being tracked at #134.

and the overlay not working? I'm losing hopes for Vulkan working at least as good as d3d9 on Maxwell cards.

@KaeLL yeah, not workign at all, despite trying the suggested fix in the console.
