overall performance/fps drops when multi-clicking the vSync box #212

I've tried reproducing this on my RX480 Ubuntu 16.04.2 both on amdgpu-pro-17.10-414273 and amdgpu-pro-17.10-429170. So far I have not been able to reproduce this on my machine.

By any chance if you do this does it help: $ sudo su $ echo high > /sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_dpm_force_performance_level

This will force the RX480 to run in high power mode.

i tried it, there was no difference, after some clicking the vsync the problem appeared again.
