dota 2 not running with vulcan on windows #215

hi guys i need some help. vulcan isnt running anymore on my laptop. i have a 860m graphic card. it used to run but after a clean install in wont. i tried re-installing the software, but it still wont run. im getting the vulkan error attached.

i tried changing the resolution but the game opens in a tiny window and after that, when i change the resolution from the settings it crashes and i get the same error
