Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

1. I can't alt-tab without it freezing
2. When I find a match it freezes on match found
3. When I spectate it freezes (not immediate)

Steps for reproducing this issue:

For issue 1:

1. Alt-tab
2. System freezes, Dota 2 has 200% CPU load when I look at top

For issue 2:

1. Queue
2. Find Match
3. Frozen
4. (To make it crash, go to TTY2 and back to TTY1 which is where Dota was)

For issue 3:

1. Watch game
2. Wait until freeze

Hello @gglevi, per "Fixed intermittent hangs of fullscreen Vulkan applications when focused away (e.g., by using the alt-tab key combination) on non-composited desktops." in the 396.45 nVidia driver update, please update your driver and retest.

@kisak-valve i've tested it with 396.45 driver, same thing happens, [RenderSystem] Failed to allocate GPU memory for object is the last line in console.log
