I noticed a massive drop in fps about 2 months ago and noticed that I'm getting the same fps as vulkan and opengl. Prior to that vulkan used to give +40 more fps than opengl. Clearly vulkan stopped working. Im not able to debug since im not able to open vconsole at all.
Ive tried adding -vulkan -vconsole. But it never opens.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Set launch params to -vulkan -vconsole
Launch Dota2 and it shows vulkan enabled in Video settings
Low fps in games. Perfomes same as when running with opengl.
