Cannot link steam account as it's beta key is missing

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Registered a new account: merhalak (example)
  2. Trying to link to my steam account: https://steamcommunity.com/id/merhalak/
  3. Trying to open forum: image
  4. Trying to link account: image
  5. Got error: image
  6. Dota 2 beta is currently unavailable: image
