The game was (is) working fine without opting to the Vulkan support.
Now, with the Vulkan support the game launches and I can navigate the menu, yet when I attempt to start any game (Like to demo a hero), the program closes without any error after few seconds of showing the Dota2 logo.
If I check my Steam system information I can see there is some problem with the libvulkan_intel.so. Yet I can see in this gist that my Vulkan setup seems to work fine, I can run the gears and triangle demos without trouble.
