Dota 2 will not start after switching account

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I was able to run Dota 2. Play a few games, spectate (and everything). But.. After closing Dota 2, switching account I received error message: vulkandriverquery64.exe has crashed or something like that. Then I was not able to run Dota 2 using vulkan. I have tried verifying game files and restarting my PC. When i press "PLAY DOTA 2" nothing really happens. Button goes grey (unclickable). Then after a few seconds. It is like nothing has happened at all.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Run Dota 2
2. Close Dota 2
3. Switch account
