Flickering light in menu and trouble with grass textures #377

System information from steam gist
Have you checked for system updates?: Yes
Are you using the latest stable video driver available for your system? Yes
Have you verified the game files?: Yes

Just launch game with Vulkan API.

It happens on every distro's i'm try (Manjaro, Fedora, Ubuntu) I record video: YouTube (Only link access, no AD's or something)

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Hello @pthon5, the flickering lighting is being tracked at https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota-2/issues/1880 and the flickering on the ground looks like https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota-2/issues/1917.

For the latter, please test a newer mesa version from a PPA like oibaf or kisak-mesa.

Kisak ppa helps with textures, thanks a lot.
