Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Game periodically stutters on dashboard, on hero view screen, or in any kind of game. Average FPS is 150 (capped by settings). Stutters can be as long as 2 seconds. Game runs using Vulkan with shader pre-caching disabled (enabling it doesn't fix the issue). Switching to OpenGL may fix the issue but it doesn't always happen. Rebooting the system helps 60-70% of the time. Sometimes I can play 1 or 2 games without stuttering, but experience them in a 3rd game and so on. Stuttering doesn't stop over long periods of time.
Any kind of manipulation with shader pre-caching doesn't help.
No combination of launch options help.
Before buying my RX 6600 XT I was using Nvidia GTX650 and ran Dota 2 using Vulkan as well, didn't experience any stutters.
