Graphics get worse over a session

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

As I play more games in a session, the graphics get worse and worse. In the beginning, I will get 120 FPS and beautiful textures.

As I play 2+ games, FPS will drop but more importantly the textures will start to degrade and blink a lot. Many textures will become very smooth and start being brown.

This is always fixed by restarting the Dota client

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Play 3+ games of Dota 2
2. This will reliably happen
