[linux] alt-tabbing while dota is running causes system to freeze

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I am using a laptop with Arch Linux with the latest Nvidia driver (515), RTX 3070 and intel i7-11 gen. Launch options: gamemoderun mangohud %command% -novid -map dota -input_button_code_is_scan_code -vulkan_disable_steam_shader_cache -high -vulkan For some reason, when I alt-tab out and back in Dota during the press-ready or picking stage my system freezes and the only solution is to hard shutdown my machine.
