Cannot launch with Vulkan MacOS

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Cannot launch with Vulkan MacOS, only with OpenGL(-gl). Reinstalling game, using steam beta and repairing files didn't help. MacOS shows icon for 1-2 seconds and immediately closes it.

-vulkan_disable_graphics_pipeline_library (command) — didn't help -vulkan_disable_steam_shader_cache (command) — didn't help

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. -vulkan or -safe_mode
2. Launch game
