Particle effects that should be in fow/unseen are drawn in view instead #428

The particles are fixed on the map rather than on screen. It either doesn't always happen, or it happens outside of my current view.

The 7.34 announcement mentions some particle fx fixes, but the issue still occurs.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Just play the game. They're easiest to spot during the day

This is still an issue. It seems like a significant exploit, especially the tormentor and gate particles. I can't just ignore them when I see them, but I'm clearly getting free intel.
