According to the tooltip is spawns a torrent every .25 seconds around Kunkka for 5 seconds for that's too many torrents it takes over 1000 dmg in the span of 5 sec no one in the game can even survive that let alone fight against it
So Kunkkas torrent storm
The damage in the aoe is applied regardless of the location of torrents spawned
It can and will perma stun you as you die in 100 to 0 regardless of if you're a carry or not
it also states it doesnt piece debuff immunity but it does the stun does at least
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Just use Torrent Storm at any point and watch your HP drop drastically it shouldn't be this strong regardless of its AGHs or not
