Hi @deri82, There's not much the Dev team can do without your system information. You can find it on Steam > Help menu > System information. Use gist to paste this info and post the link here.
I doubt this is about system specs.

The only thing related could be mesa and the internal gpu.
The "Exhausted all available dynamic buffers of type (%d), creating a new one." is not in-and-of-itself a bug or problem. Are you seeing this continuously? What are the conditions in the game that make it happen? Please run with -con_logfile and provide a console log. If it just happens a bit during loading and active scenes it's normal.
I am not sure when I get this, but starting the game or very early. I dont't usually check for console spam.
I am currently playing dota and I get

spammed a lot at console. The console backlog is full of that.
The panorama spew just means that things are running slowly.
Should be somehow limited. Could also decrease performance of the game. Playing with kaby lake igpu.
