Ubuntu 16.04, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2: Sound issues when opening settings screen #1288

Hello,

when opening the settings menu the sound gets broken, as in: massive amount of sound artifacts, as if the bitrate is broken.

Dota uses SDL for sound support, assigning to the SDL dev.
