[Antergos] Disabling Steam Overlay renders game unplayable #1349

After a few minutes (last time was 30m), game from 130-150fps goes down to 20-30 with heavy stutter and console log spam of Paronama Queue being full or smth.

Will try to reproduce it later

did report this, but for vulkan dota2. As far as I can remember this bug is not triggered with the GL renderer (... on my system).
