Do you have a specific set of steps where this happens all of the time? Also can you post your specific system information from Steam?
I don't have a specific step to create this. It's random. It can happen even in hero demo mode. I'll try to make a video when I see it next time.

It happens very often. Some strange graphics pop out on a hero/creep or ward. Most of the time it requires a reload to solve this problem. If the object is dead the problem is gone as well.
