[macOS] Game crash after selecting Dota Plus item in the store #1469

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Game crashes after selecting item in Dota Plus store.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Go to Store -> Dota Plus
  2. Choose (for preview) item
  3. Game crashes silently

I've been unable to reproduce this bug so far on either OpenGL or Vulkan. Is there a specific item in the store that crashes for you? Could you run with the -conlogfile in your "Launch Options" and post the ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/dota 2 beta/game/dota/console.log? Thanks.

@danginsburg I've tried to set this option but no file was created in that location.

I'm sorry for recording screen, QuickTime records only top-left 1/4 of the screen in game in 4K mode for some reason.

@RankoR Thanks. It's still not repro'ing for me. Are you running with OpenGL or Vulkan? Vulkan is not supported on 10.12.3. You say you are on 10.13.5, but that is not what's in your system report. Steam will report this accurately so I'm not sure why you say it's 10.13.5. Is this on hackintosh?

@danginsburg that's just old system report, everything is actual but system version is now 10.13.5. I'm running with OpenGL. I also use latest Nvidia driver (387.10.10.10.35.106) and yes, that's hackintosh (with iMac 5K hardware, except GPU).

Are you clicking on item's image? In my case it crashes only if I'm clicking on image.
