I'm using english and russian layouts. When you switching to russian layout, hotkeys in game doesn't work. If you play Dota 2 on Windows, hotkeys works no matter which layout is chosen.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Switch to different from English layout
2. Try to use hotkeys
3. See that nothing happened

Hello @A1daron, if you go to Settings -> Hotkeys -> Advanced hotkeys and check Bind keys based on keyboard position, does that make a difference?

Yes, it does! I thought it's a bug, because on Windows skills works fine on all layouts, even if this setting are off. Thank you!
