Startmovie command records audio only from the center of the map.

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When using the startmovie command, the frames start recording correctly, but the audio capture location is fixed to the center of the map and doesn't follow the camera. You hear everything that's going on in the mid lane even if the recorder is looking completely elsewhere.

What I tried:

• All startmovie arguments
• Multiple machines
• All of the spectator modes
• Multiple demos
• Recording a live game while playing in a bot match

@kisak-valve sorry, this repo is for linux/mac specific issues, I forgot about that.

If you don't mind me asking, where else can I go with this when I don't have access to dev.dota2.com (can't seem to obtain that nowadays, too) ?
