Drop in FPS when opening the shop

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When opening the shop there is a major drop in FPS which immediately goes away when closing the shop.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open the shop
2. Observe drop in FPS
3. Close the shop

Add to this any match against or with Phantom Lancer, Naga Siren, Lycan Howl during night, Spectre Ultimate, all of those cause microstutters and no, not only on my machine, any and all my friends have this issue. My machine: i5-12600, 32gb ram at 3200mhz, Asus 3060ti tuf edition. I should not be getting any stutters on this machine... After 7.33 game is no longer optimized.

If you exclude any of those 4 examples my fps is between 230 to 140, in those cases it goes as low as 110 fps with microstutters when they create illusions or lycan uses howl during the night.

Those are not isolated cases, it can be tested by any of the devs.
