Freezes and low performance during game mac studio m2

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

During the game first couple min is ok. FPS around 120, in next 5-10 min performance is dropping, freezes and lags. FPS dropping to 40-60. Exit from the game and reconnect is not help. Video setting from max to low is not help. When I start new game, same history first 5-10 min is good performance.

Same for me. Mac M1 Pro 14 32GB, Ventura 13.4. Game started around 120 FPS, at the end of the match around 60. Next games are almost unplayable with 30-40 FPS. I thought that throttling is the main reason of it, but the laptop even doesn't start fans. I used a tool for fan control, with max fans speed I have the same result.

I don't know why but Dota is not using cpu at all
