Language switch problem #2397

On Arch-Based linux (in my case its manjaro) language changing in game properties does not help. It changes when I change system language. ( I wanna change dota2 language to russian and want to my linux stay on english) System Information: Manjaro KDE. KDE Plasma version : 5.27.5 QT : 5.15 Linux Kernel Version : 6.1.31-2-MANJARO Graphics Platform : X11 xorg Screenshot_20230720_212021

right click dota in steam, select Properties.., then on the General Tab put -language russian in the launch options field.
