Guides don't load for some heroes

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

For some heroes (such as Shadow Shaman), no guides apart from the Valve default one load for me any more. This seems to have started happening after I was frantically switching between guides during strategy time. But now, even after restarting the game and my computer multiple times over the course of days, the issue persists.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Play as Shadow Shaman
2. Rapidly switch between guides during strategy time.
3. Observe that some of them subsequently never load.

I confirm. However, they do load in Heroes->Guides tab outside a match. Clearly there is some C++ programming deficiency here.

I spent less than $100 on steam this year despite buying almost 700 games so far. If this bug won't get fixed until 2024, I'll spend even less next year.
