[Linux] Matchmaking cooldown after accepting match #2716

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Upon accepting a ranked roles match and before the 'Choose your hero' splash is fully loaded, while you are waiting for both teams to connect a very brief pop-up will display "Select your team" with Radiant and Dire option buttons (in a ranked match). If you do not select within approx. 1 second, your hero icon in the header will show red with an X (as if you failed to connect), and you will receive a matchmaking cooldown for not accepting a game (similar to if you failed to ready-up for a match).
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Launch game
Queue for Ranked Roles with any role selected (have had issue with 1,2,3 and 1,2,3,4,5 positions selected)
Your system information
