I'll reopen and anybody still seeing problems should comment here and post their system information from Steam. Everything works properly on my system so it'll be difficult to make progress on this until we can guess what might be going on.

When I try to type in Korean inside the game client it doesn't work properly and only rubbish is printed. For example when writing 안녕하세요 inside the game client this appears: 'ㅌ;;ㅁ'gtㅌㄹ'y English works fine though, but it would be great if I could communicate in Korean as well.

I use Korean (Hangul) (IBus) as my input source (IBus 1.5.11) and it works to write in Korean outside of Dota 2.
