Dota 2 can't start fullscreen in some window managers without `wmname LG3D` #788

In the ratpoison window manager, for example, I have to run wmname LG3D for Dota 2 to start in fullscreen (otherwise the window is never drawn, though I can 'alt-tab' to it). This is a hack that works for Java applications displaying properly in other tiling window managers as well.

Ah, sorry, here's some system information as well.

Dota uses SDL for fullscreening, I'll pass this on to the SDL devs.
