Scourge Dominion loading screen is not showing in the game properly #10

As topic says, Scourge Dominion (and may be some other) loading screen is shown as black rectangle.

Hey can you verify integrity of game files and see if issue persists?

I did verify game files, but the issue is still there. Moreover, I think it was not working for a long time ago, I guess at least since 2017, maybe earlier.
